The best oyster in town Liam ist ein Native Ire der 23 Jahre in Milwaukee gelebt hat und dessen Englisch perfekt ist, soll heißen gälisch sprechende Iren versteht man weniger gut. Ihn haben wir aber auch mit wenig Englischkenntnissen sehr gut verstanden. Er zeigte uns mit Herzblut alles um die Auster, er lies sich Zeit und wir fuhren mit ihm raus zu den Austernbänken.es ist eine wirklich harte Arbeit Austern aufzuziehen, sie zu beobachten zu reinigen und dies alles bei irischem Wetter. Innerhalb einer Stunde hat es hier „alle Wetter“ Regen-Sturm und Sonnenschein. „Phantastisch „ Es war alles sehr beeindruckend und hat unseren Irlandurlaub erst so richtig Erlebnisreich gemacht. Wir können nur jedem empfehlen diese Tour mitzumachen. Austern frisch aus dem Meer sind halt die Besten . Wir sind beide 65 Jahre und es war kein Problem mit Liam mitzuhalten. Very tasty oysters! Liam is a fantastic host, generous with his time and great with kids! I got a great insight into oyster farming and what goes into growing a really tasty oyster! The oysters are very tasty and a great introduction to people such as myself who are new to this shellfish. The area is absolutely stunning, definitely worth the stop!

Great Oyster Tasting on the Ring of Kerry (Conmare) We loved Liam's oyster tasting ! He took all the time in the world to explain to us everything about oysters: How to grow them, sell them and eat them. His oysters tasted sensationally, he took them directly out of the sea. It was the highlight of our Ireland trip (two weeks roundtrip through Ireland). Liam is a very nice guy - the activity is highly recommended and worth every cent !

The secret live of Oysters! Very well prepared visit for our family. Extremely interesting, educative and also tasteful experience guided by the owner Liam. Besides learning about the breeding/farming we were also thought how to properly open these treasures which tasted simply fantastic. As a matter of fact our eldest son who never ever looked at seafood tasted and considered "Wow!" - on our further trip to Brittany he enjoyed as a result each day at least half a dozen of oysters each day (and also checked carefully if they were properly shaken during their lifetime 🙂 Thank you very much Liam!

An experience not to miss Kerry Premium Oysters was one of our favorite stops during our Ireland trip. Not only are the oysters incredible but Liam and his son, Liam, were knowledgeable, passionate, and very welcoming. Learning and seeing first hand how Liam farms his oysters and then eating the oysters made this tour one to remember.
